Right now, it’s the off season for our girls basketball program. Guess what that means: Preparation! Soon Coach Baldwin will be releasing the conditioning schedule for this season. With Caliyana White being the only senior last year, the Lady Gators have 10 returning players for the 2018-2019 season.

“In order for us to be successful this year, we have to start preparing. We may dread conditioning sometimes, but at the same time we get excited because the season is slowly approaching” says Jasmine Stanley.  Mary Davis also agrees that conditioning in the off season is vital. “It’s very important to condition in the off season because you have to stay in shape. Working out in the off season improves your skills as an athlete. It also helps you develop a habitat of trying to get better.”
